3. Pricing and Payments

• Orders are subject to successful payment or confirmation of an available payment method.

• If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct details or cancel the order and issue any refund due.

• Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed or communicated as required.

We will not retain payment for an order that we cancel without fulfilling it, except where a lawful deduction is applicable.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

• Customers should verify their shipping address, phone number, email address, and product selection before placing an order.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible and may be accepted before dispatch.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through our store's normal process.

• If we cancel an order, any amount refundable under applicable law will be returned through the appropriate payment channel.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights available to consumers under applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout or communicated to the customer.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details.

• Additional delivery attempts or address corrections may cause delays.

• Customers should contact us promptly if an order appears delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery-related issues. This does not exclude any responsibility imposed on us by law.

6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

• Report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product to anshnaturalsoaps@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, where reasonably possible.

• Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video where available.

• Retain the product and its original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

• We may request reasonable additional information to verify the claim and prevent fraud.

After verification, we will determine an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, delivery of a missing item, or refund, as applicable.

Claims will be reviewed individually. The absence of an unboxing video alone will not automatically invalidate a genuine claim where other reasonable evidence is available.

7. Return and Refund Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns of opened or used soap and skincare products may not be accepted, subject to applicable law.

We may reject a claim where reasonable evidence establishes that it is fraudulent, duplicated, unrelated to the order, or caused by misuse after delivery.

However, no provision of this policy excludes a consumer's legal rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, misrepresented, or undelivered products.

Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

8. Customer Responsibilities
